Chemwerth Appreciation Dinner:
An Evening Of Smooth Sailing For All Attendees.

On June 20, ChemWerth hosted our annual CPhI China dinner themed, “Smooth Sailing with ChemWerth, Your Guide to Pharmaceutical Success”. We entertained our valuable customers and manufacturing partners on a relaxing boat ride down the Huang Pu River highlighting the beautiful city skyline and magnificent lights of Shanghai. 

In attendance were ChemWerth CEO Peter Werth, President Peter Werth III, Sr. Vice President Song Lin, and ChemWerth Shanghai GM Zhang Xiao-Dong along with 20 CW Shanghai staff and more than 70 guests consisting of ChemWerth's worldwide customers, Chinese partner factories and our joint-venture companies. Together we celebrated another successful year, and took the opportunity to thank our valued customers and suppliers for their ongoing commitment and support.

At the beginning of the party, two ChemWerth partner factories received awards for providing APIs to customers for “First to Market” approvals. Additional special recognition awards were also presented to ChemWerth's customers and suppliers.

During the boat ride, everyone enjoyed delicious Chinese food and chatted among ChemWerth staff, customers and suppliers. Classical Chinese instrumentation performances and magician tricks entertained the audience. ChemWerth Shanghai staff also presented several singing and dancing programs along with our customers and suppliers.

The party ended with ChemWerth Shanghai’s choral performance – “Together, for a Better Tomorrow” while we sailed smoothly back to the harbor.
